| New Features |
| Event Itinerary Report: View date and time related items for an event in order of time and grouped by date, as well as functions, travel arrivals/departures and accommodation check-ins/check-outs. |
| Lookup Tables: Enter information about Company Position and Travel Cities (depart from/to). |
| Import Options: Import Travel Manifests and Accommodation Rooming lists. |
| Birth Date field: Enter a contact or attendee’s age as birth date or a fixed age. |
| Read Receipt: Check this option for an email to be notified when it is read by the recipient. |
| Suppliers: Assign suppliers to an event organization function. |
| Enhanced Features |
| Invoices and Payments: Use the color-coded grid to quickly determine the status of an invoice or payment. For example, a green Invoice row means the invoice is paid in full. |
Attendee Details: Enter different details for Attendees sharing with a Primary Attendee.

| Mail Merge Speed: Complete mail merges quickly. |
| "Copy From Template" Functions: Append to or update existing records. |

The Video Manual is an innovative teaching tool with animated "how to" instructions. The videos provide screenshots of EventPro Planner with colorful bubbles of information delivering instructions for using the software. Users are provided with a range of videos that will educate them on the following areas of the software: Setup Procedures, Booking Events, Event Organization, Attendee Management, Financial Management, Communication Logs, Companies and Contacts, Actions and Reminders.
