Meeting Professionals International (MPI) is hosting its World Education Congress 2010 in Vancouver, Canada from July 24th to 29th. Look for EventPro Planner at the WEC Trade Show.
Stop by to say hello to our representatives, Chris (C.J.) Leib and Chris Dmytruk. They'll be happy to answer your questions and discuss the latest trends in event planning. The WEC Expo is a great opportunity for us to mingle with meeting professionals and find out how we can enhance EventPro Planner to suit the ever-evolving needs of the industry. Plus, it's always enjoyable to meet our clients and colleagues in person! User Manual Updated |

Don’t forget to consult the EventPro Planner User Manual for the software help you need. The manual has just been updated to be current with Version 2.2.2.506. If you use Online Help, you will automatically access the latest version of the manual. If you use Local Help in the program, go to the program now, click on the Help menu and select Download and Update Local Help.
Once you have opened the manual, refer to the section called "What’s New in Help". It will direct you to the sections of the manual that explain how to use the latest new and enhanced features.
For this update, additions have been made to the following features:
- Resources (previously known as Detail Items)
- Budget
- Income/Expense Items
- Event Organization Screen
- Event Function Itinerary
- Attendees
- Companies/Contacts
- Exhibitors
Remember, you can also check out the latest changes in EventPro Planner by selecting Help | What’s New from the main menu in the program.

EventPro Planner Updates: Version 2.2 |

EventPro Planner Version 2.2 has been released, bringing some significant changes to the product:
- Multiple budgets are now available
- Income and expense items are no longer separate items
- Detail Items have been renamed to Resource Items
- An Exhibitor Attendees view has been added to the Exhibitors tab
- Multiple generic/no name attendees can now be created using the ‘Multi-Add’
- The previous ‘Multi-Add’ functionality is now available under ‘Multi-Add Detail’
- A new optional Resource Management Module is available (contact Sales for details)
- Two upgrading options are also available

On the Road with EventPro Planner - 2009 MPI Conference |

EventPro Software will have a booth on display at the Meeting Professionals International World Education Congress (MPI WEC) in Salt Lake City, Utah from July 11th to 14th, 2009. The conference will be held at the Salt Palace Convention Center and includes several knowledge sessions designed to enhance your business expertise.
Likewise, at EventPro Software, we’re continually striving to provide you with the best solution to help you increase your event management and planning success. A key method to enhancing our software comes from input and feedback from you - our customers. Tradeshows, such as the MPI WEC, provide us with the unique opportunity to meet face-to-face with our clients and prospects, and hear what they have to say in person.
Tradeshows also put EventPro Software side-by-side with competitors so that prospective customers can quickly compare the benefits of competing event planning and event management products. Attending the conference this year is CJ (Chris) Leib.
