| It can be a challenge to keep all of those event resources organised. A/V equipment, decorations, room setup, catering details... these are just some of the possible resources you may need when planning an event. Chances are, there's a lot more resources you'll have to list before you're done. EventPro Planner's Resource Management Module will help you speed up data entry, keep resources organised and avoid resource conflict.

Master List of Resources |
Before you even begin planning a single event, you can create a master list of resources. These items are common event resources that you may use across many events. Having a master list makes adding resources to an event, or an Event Category Template, that much quicker and easier. They're already in the program and all you have to do is select what you need.

Multi-Add Items
|
You can add multiple items to an event in one step - what a time saver! If you've created a master list of resources, you can use the Multi-Add feature when setting up the resources used in a single event or when creating an Event Category Template. This cuts back on the amount of time spent on data entry and you avoid the risk of errors that arise when re-keying information.

Extensive Conflict Checking
|
EventPro Planner can check for resource conflicts within an event or across multiple events. If you try to allocate a resource item that's already being used for another function or for another event, EventPro Planner will automatically produce a warning. Conflict checking occurs based on the available quantity of the item and you can choose whether that's based on the duration of an event, or the specific time scheduled for the item's use.
For example, when quantity checking based on the whole duration of an event, you would consider scenarios such as the possibility that some of your events may occur in different cities. In that case, just because a specific resource is only required for a set time, it doesn’t mean that the specific resource would be available for use on another event an hour later.

Record In-Stock Amounts
|
At any moment, view exactly what you have on hand of a particular item, what you're running low on, and to which functions and events the items are allocated. Keeping an in-stock record of items assists in conflict checking across the quantity of items available. If you try to assign more items than you have available, you'll receive an automatic warning.

Quickly Find Allocated Resources
|
To ensure that you can easily find the records you need, the Resource Management Module stores any resources assigned to the functions of an event in one convenient location. From there, you can quickly make any changes and check for resource conflicts.
