Under the Venues/Hotels/Suppliers sub-tab, you will enter a list of venues, hotels and suppliers.  The upper pane of this tab will display a list of all venues and hotels that will be used for this event.   The lower pane will show venue or hotel information such as available locations, setup types, features, room types and attendees, for the record selected in the upper pane.
