Venue Features
These Venue Features will help you decide which venue to select for an event or which hotel to book for your guests. Here, you will create a list of every possible feature that could apply to a venue or hotel, even though not every feature will apply to every venue and hotel. Later, when you create your venue and hotel companies, you will be able to select their available features from this list.
1.
Select Setup | General Lookup Tables from EventPro Planner’s main menu.

Select Venue Features from the drop-down list in the upper left corner.

Click the New button to the right.
4.
The Venue Feature [New] window appears.
5.
Enter the Feature, e.g.Pool, Restaurant, In-Room Internet Connection, etc.
