User Fields Overview

User Fields are fully customizable data entry fields. Although EventPro Planner has been designed with the needs of most users in mind, you may want to record additional information. EventPro Planner lets you create your own fields to ensure that you are not limited in the type of information you can record. You will also be able to use the fields in your customized reports and mail merge letters.
Before deciding whether additional fields are necessary, you may want to use EventPro Planner for a while and become familiar with its various features. You can later set up User Fields at any time.
