Unlocking Online Event

If you need to unlock or open an event so that registrants can again register for the event online, follow this process.

1.In the Event Maintenance screen, click on the Options button and select Unlock Online Event.
2.The Confirm dialog asks if you are sure you want to unlock the online event. Click Yes to continue.
