In the Companies/Contacts screen you can record information about your customers and clients, as well as your suppliers, venues, hotels, transportation companies and other business associates. Combined with EventPro Planner’s mail merge features, the companies/contacts database offers a powerful marketing tool.

While you will probably enter many companies and contacts into your database during the initial setup process, you will have to return to this screen frequently to add new customers, exhibitors and business associates as you encounter them.  To learn how to enter companies and contacts, see Chapter 3: Companies/Contacts.
