You can now create a top-level Master List of Resources in EventPro Planner's setup menu. (In previous version of EventPro Planner, "Resources" were called "Detail Items".)  

This master list of resources exists above the Event Setup level, so that if you frequently use the same or similar items for multiple events, event setup will now be much quicker and easier.  When you are setting up an event, you can simply choose items from your master list, or even multi-add several items in one step.

If you have the Master Inventory module, you will be able to adjust certain settings on each resource item so that EventPro Planner can perform conflict checking. If you are interested in previewing or purchasing the Master Inventory module, contact the nearest EventPro Planner Sales Department.
