Setting Up EventPro Planner

Setting up EventPro Planner is a crucial first step. Entering as much information as possible during setup will save later users from entering data as they use the program for day-to-day activities. Some information will only need to be entered once now, but other information can be added after you have been working with the program for a while.
Most of the setup procedures will begin with the Setup menu in EventPro Planner’s main menu.
However, you must first login to the correct database. Please see Login and Choose Database before starting your setup.
