Purge
1.
Select Utilities | Purge.
2.
Select the item you want to purge (delete): CompletedActions, AuditLog, ErrorLog or TransactionLog.
a.
Purge Completed Actions: This command will purge completed Actions (reminders) from the database. To review more information about Actions, see Chapter 12: Actions.
i.
The Confirm dialog will appear, warning you to back up your data. If your data is backed up, click Yes to continue.
ii.
Select a date in the Purge Completed Actions dialog. All completed actions for events ending on or before this date will be purged. Click OK.
iii.
Click Yes in the Confirm dialog to complete the purge.

Purge Audit Log: This command will purge audit log entries. To review more information about the Audit Log, see Chapter 18: Report, Audit Log.
i.
The Confirm dialog will appear, warning you to back up your data. If your data is backed up, click Yes to continue.
ii.
Select a date in the Purge Audit Log dialog. All audit log entries created on or before this date will be purged. Click OK.
iii.
Click Yes in the Confirm dialog to complete the purge.
c.
Purge Error Log: This command will purge error log entries.
i.
Select a date in the Purge Error Log dialog. All errors logged on or before this date will be purged. Click OK.
ii.
Click Yes in the Confirm dialog to complete the purge.
d.
Purge Transaction Log: This command will purge all transaction log entries.
i.
Select a date in the Purge Transaction Log dialog. All transactions logged on or before this date will be purged. Click OK.

Click Yes in the Confirm dialog to complete the purge.
