Publishing/Importing/Uploading Process in Attendee Online

This is the recommended process when publishing an event online and importing attendees:

1.Lock the online event.
2.Import attendees from the online event.
3.Publish the online event.
4.Upload attendees to the online event.
5.Unlock online event.
