Phone Types

The Phone Types section of the General Lookup Tables define the different options you have for assigning contact numbers to companies, contacts and attendees.

1.Select Setup | General Lookup Tables from EventPro Planner’s main menu.
2.Select Phone Types from the drop-down list in the upper left corner.
3.Click the New button to the right.
4.The Phone Type [New] window appears.
5.Enter the Phone Type, e.g. Office, Home, Fax, Cell, etc.
6.If you want it to be one of the four default phone types when you are entering companies, contacts or attendees, select the number 1-4 in the Default Assignment # field.
7.Click Save.
