Using the Organization Tab

Now that you have added event information in the Event Setup window, you can begin to arrange your venue locations, location functions and function details within the Organization tab
In the Event Maintenance screen, find the event for which you want to organize a schedule and click on the Organization tab.
You can select from three different views: Calendar View, Detail View and Function View. If you have the Master Inventory module, a fourth tab, Resource Usage, will display when and where resources are used in the event. Follow the links to see a further description of each view.
