Multi-Add Accommodation Arrangements to Attendees

1.In the Event Maintenance screen, find the event containing the attendees to which you want to add accommodation bookings.
2.Click on the Attendees tab and select the View Attendees tab.
3.View the attendees in the All sub-tab or one of the tabs that displays multiple attendees.  You can add accommodation bookings to all attendees visible in the selection grid or just selected attendees.
a.To set a filter to limit the visible attendees, click the Filter button to the right.
b.To select multiple attendees, hold down the Ctrl key while clicking on the attendees you want to select.
4.Click the Detail Options button and select Multi-Add Detail.
5.In the Attendee Multi-Add dialog, choose the radio button next to Accommodations and click OK.

6.The Attendee Accommodation Multi-Edit window appears.

7.Create a new accommodation booking or select a previously made reservation, following the instructions under Add Accommodation Arrangements for Attendees above.
8.When you have entered all the information you need, click Save.
9.In the Attendee Accommodations Multi-Edit dialog, choose whether you want to apply the new accommodation booking to Selected Attendees or All (Filtered) Attendees and click OK.
10.In the Event Recalculate dialog, choose whether you want to Include Attendees/Exhibitors or Exclude Attendees/Exhibitors and click OK.
11.The accommodation booking will be added to all of the selected attendees.
