1.Select Setup | User Fields in EventPro Planner’s main menu and select the table containing the user fields you want to reposition.

2.In the lower selection grid, select the user field record you want to reposition.
3.Click the Move Up or Move Down button until the user field is in the correct place relative to other user fields.  Note that the Position field in the User Field [Edit] window will be changed to reflect the record’s new position and the fields will be repositioned in the User Fields tab of the corresponding [New] or [Edit] window.
