Expanding Text
Many sections in Help can be expanded and collapsed, so that you can see all of the headings on the page before selecting the section you want to read.
If you see a heading with an arrow next to it, like the Sample Heading below, click on the heading to expand the text and/or pictures below.
If you click on the heading, you will see the expanded text.
Click the heading again to collapse the text and make more room on your screen.

Note that anything underlined in this document is a link to a website, email address or another place in the document. To quickly and easily find related information elsewhere in the manual, click on the underlined word or phrase to go to the described section. For example, click on Chapter 1: Overview, Contact Us to go directly to that topic.
|
In the Table of Contents, where you see a closed book icon like this...

you can click on it to expand the sub-topics included in the topic. As long as there is a closed book, there are still unopened sub-topics.
When you reach the question mark icon like this...

the topic does not expand any further.

As you work through this manual, you may notice that it describes something that you do not see in your software. Some tabs may not be visible because they are unselected in your System Settings; see Chapter 2: Setting Up EventPro Planner, Step 1: System Settings, General. However, other tabs may not appear in your installation of the software because you have not purchased one or more of EventPro Planner’s optional modules.
These EventPro Planner modules are optional add-on modules available for purchase: Attendee, Booth/Exhibitor, Budget, Finance & Income/Expense, Travel & Accommodation, Resource Management, and Attendee Online. If you did not purchase a separate module, the related tabs and screens will not appear in your installation of EventPro Planner. If you are interested in purchasing any of these optional modules or want to receive a free demonstration, please contact your nearest Sales Department. You can also take a tour of EventPro Planner or request a free demo on our website.
