Find and Filter Travel Arrangements

| 1. | Find the relevant event in the Event Maintenance screen. Click on the Attendees tab and select the Travel tab. |

| 2. | To sort the travel bookings in the selection grid in order to more easily find a certain record, click on a heading (Travel Type, Last Name, Carrier, etc.) to sort the list by that heading. Click the heading a second time to reverse the order. |
| 3. | To find a travel record related to a specific attendee, click the Find button to the right. In the Find Attendee window, locate the attendee to which the travel record is related and click OK. Review the instructions in Chapter 1: Overview, Common Functions: Find a Record if necessary. Back in the Travel selection grid, the red arrow in the far left column will point to the first travel record for that attendee. |

| 4. | To filter the selection grid so that only certain travel arrangements appear, click the Filter button to the right and select Set. To review how to set a filter in the Filter Criteria window, see Chapter 1: Overview, Common Functions: Filter Information. To clear the filter and revert to a view of all of the travel records, select Filter | Clear. |
