Filter Exhibitors

1.In the Event Maintenance screen, click on the Exhibitors tab and then the View Exhibitors tab.
2.Choose the sub-tab in which you want to set a filter: Single Exhibitor View or Exhibitor List View.
3.Click the Filter button to the right of the upper section of the screen and select Set Filter.
4.The Filter Criteria window will open.

5.Follow the instructions in Chapter 1: Overview, Common Functions: Filter Information to create a filter.
6.Your filter will now apply in to both sub-tabs until you clear the filter or move to another EventPro Planner screen.
7.When you no longer need the filter, you will probably want to clear it to avoid any confusion when viewing your exhibitors (it may appear as if they are missing, when in fact they are simply filtered from your view).  Click the Filter button and select Clear Filter to remove the filter.
