7.In the first screen of the wizard, select whether you want to export the Selected Records or All.  Note that “All” here refers to all of the attendees visible in the selection grid. Therefore, if you set a filter so that only twenty-five of fifty attendees are visible in the sub-tab, those twenty-five represent “All” for the purpose of exporting.  Click Next.
8.In the next screen, you will choose which fields you want to export.
a.If you have any previously saved templates, you can choose one from the Template drop-down list.
b.If you do not use a template, choose the fields you want to export.  Select an export field under Fields to Export on the left side of the window.  Transfer the field into the Export Column Names on the right side of the window by clicking the > arrow or double-clicking the field.  Continue adding as many fields as you require.  To remove fields from the Export Column Names section, click the < arrow or double-click on the field again.
c.To change the names of the fields you are exporting, click on the field under Export Column Names and press Enter.  Type in a new name and press Enter again.
d.When you have selected and edited all of the fields you want to export, you can save the template if you wish. Click the Save Template button. Enter a name for the template and click OK.
