Edit, View and Delete Attendee Assignments

Edit, View and Delete Attendee Assignments

1.In the Event Maintenance screen, click on the Attendees tab and select the View Attendees tab below.  Find or select the appropriate attendee.
2.Click the Attendee Assignment tab in the bottom section of the screen.  The functions to which the attendee has been assigned will appear in the selection grid.
3.Click to highlight the function you want to edit, view or delete and click the Edit, View and Delete button to the right of the selection grid.

Add, Edit or Delete Requirements

1.Find or select the appropriate attendee in the View Attendees tab.
2.To add, edit or delete requirements within the function assignment, select the function assignment in the bottom selection grid and click the Edit button to the right.
3.In the Attendee Function Assignment [Edit] window, click the Requirements tab.

4.To edit, view or delete Function Details, select the function detail in the selection grid and click the Edit, View or Delete button to the right of the Function Details grid.
5.To add requirements to the Attendee Function Requirements selection grid, use the > or >> arrows.
6.To edit or view the Attendee Function Requirements, select the requirement in the selection grid and click the Edit or View button to the right of the Attendee Function Requirements grid.
7.To remove a requirement from the attendee, select the requirement and click the < arrow, or click the << arrows to remove all requirements from the attendee.
8.When you are done making changes in the Attendee Function Assignment [Edit] window, click Save.
