The Resources area allows you to keep track of your supply and ordering.
Click on the Event Setup button in the upper right corner of the Event Maintenance screen. The Event Setup window opens. Click on the Organization Setup tab and select the Resources sub-tab.
If you based your event on a template, you may already have some resource items entered. If you now want to add resource categories and items from a template, see the instructions under Copy Template – Resources below, which will describe the use of the Copy Template button.
If you want to add new or additional items, or add resources from your Master List, follow the instructions below, under Add Resource Categories and Items. You will first add Categories to the left selection grid and then add individual Resources to the right selection grid. When you select a category on the left, the resources belonging to that category will appear on the right.

The information that you enter in your resources list can later be printed off in the Event Detail Items report, which can be sorted or filtered by information such as supplier, ordered status, category, etc. For example, you could print a detail item report sorted by supplier and filtered to only show items which have been ordered but not yet received.
