Create Letter Templates
The Letter Templates created here will be automatically added to the Letter Template Setup tab of the Event Setup window when this event category template is used to create an event.
1.
Select the event category to which you want to add letter templates and click the Letter Templates tab.

Click the New button to the right of the Letter Templates selection grid.

The Letter Template [New] window opens.

From here, you can follow the instructions in Chapter 14: Letter and Label Templates, Create Letter Templates.

When you are done creating the letter template, click Save. Continue adding as many letter templates as you need for the event category template.

Later, if you book an event using this event category template, these letter templates will be pulled into the Letter Template Setup tab of the Event Setup window.
