Remember that the Booths and Exhibitors Module is an optional module in EventPro Planner. If you have not purchased this module, you will not see the related Exhibitor tabs and screens.

Select the event category to which you want to add registration packages and click on the Exhibitor Registrations tab.

Click the New button to the right of the selection grid.

The Event Registration Group [New] window appears.

From here, you can review the instructions in Chapter 5: Set Up an Event, Exhibitor Setup: Exhibitor Registrations. The two [New] windows are essentially the same. Click Save when you are done creating the registration package.

If you do not want to allow exhibitors to register in two registration packages at the same time, you can create mutually exclusive groups. To review how to make registration groups mutually exclusive, see Chapter 5: Set Up an Event, Exhibitor Setup: Exhibitor Registrations, Mutually Exclusive Exhibitor Registration Groups.

Continue creating as many exhibitor registration groups as you need for the event category template.

Later, if you book an event using this event category template, the registration packages will be pulled into the Exhibitor Setup | Exhibitor Registrations tab of the Event Setup window in the Event Maintenance screen.

If you do not use the event category template when booking the event, but still want to use registration packages from a template, you can do so by copying the template into the Exhibitor | Registration tab of the Event Setup window.
