Create Attendee/Exhibitor Status Codes

The codes you enter in these fields will be the options available when creating attendees or exhibitors and selecting their status.

1.Select Setup | Status Codes from EventPro Planner’s main menu.
2.From the drop-down list in the upper left corner, select Attendee/Exhibitor.
3.Click the New button to the right of the selection grid.
4.The Status [New] window opens.

5.Enter the name of the status code in the Status field.
6.Click the Text and Back buttons to select the color of the text and background.
7.Choose a Type from the drop-down list.  The Action Status types are Attended, Confirmed, Other and Cancelled.  You must create one Confirmed and one Cancelled type.
8.Select a number with the Item # spin arrows. These numbers determine the order in which the statuses are displayed in the list.
9.Click Save.
