You will now create attendee registration packages using the functions you created earlier under Create Functions. To review how attendee registration packages or groups work, see Chapter 5: Set Up an Event, Attendee Setup: Attendee Registrations.
Remember that the Attendees Module is an optional module in EventPro Planner. If you have not purchased this module, you will not see the related Attendee tabs and screens.

Select the event category to which you want to add registration packages and click on the Attendee Registrations tab.

Click the New button to the right of the selection grid.

The Event Registration Group [New] window appears.

From here, you can review the instructions in Chapter 5: Set Up an Event, Attendee Setup: Attendee Registrations to create a registration group. The two [New] windows are essentially the same.

After you have created and saved the registration group, it will appear in the Group selection grid. Continue adding as many registration groups/packages as you need for the event category.

You will now add Group Details to the registration packages, i.e. choose the functions that will be included in the package and determine whether they are optional and/or charged.

In the Group selection grid, choose the registration group to which you want to add functions. Note the Functions selection grid and Group Details tab below.

Follow the instructions under Chapter 5: Set Up an Event, Attendee Setup: Attendee Registrations, Add Group Details to a Registrationto add functions to the registration package.

If you do not want to allow attendees to register in two registration packages at the same time, you can create mutually exclusive groups. To review how to make registration groups mutually exclusive, see Chapter 5: Set Up an Event, Attendee Setup: Attendee Registrations, Mutually Exclusive Groups.

Continue creating as many registration groups as you need for the event category template.

Later, if you book an event using this event category template, the registration packages will be pulled into the Attendee Setup | Attendee Registrations tab of the Event Setup window.

If you do not use the event category template when booking the event, but still want to use registration packages from a template, you can do so by copying the template into the Attendee Setup | Registration tab of the Event Setup window.
