Before Contacting Support
If you require assistance with the software, please contact your nearest EventPro Planner Support department.
To ensure the fastest response time possible, please try to provide as much of the following information as possible (whether contacting support by phone, voice message, or email):
1.
Your name
2.
Your company's name
3.
Your 6-digit User ID (found by selecting Help | About in EventPro Planner)
4.
The platform your computer is running on and the type of network system
5.
If this is an existing case, the HQ Number (contained in any emails from Support referring to the case)
6.
If this is a new issue, the details surrounding the issue, including:
a.
The screen, tab or window that you are in
b.
The button or tab you clicked before the issue occurred
c.
What you were trying to do
d.
Whether the issue continues after you have restarted the program
e.
Whether other users are experiencing the same issue
7.
The wording of Error messages (if applicable)
If you are calling Support, please be at your computer with EventPro Planner running, if possible, or know where the program is stored (e.g. on the server).
