Audit Log

The Audit Log displays a selection grid showing a list of all the records EventPro Planner has automatically maintained.  The records kept will depend on what you specified in your system settings.  To review how to define specifications for the audit log, refer back to Chapter 2: Setting Up EventPro Planner, Step 1: System Settings, Audit Log.

When you are viewing the Audit Log, you can use the Date Criteria or Other Criteria to filter the records displayed:

Under Date Criteria, you can use the Date Quick Set drop-down list to limit the display to a certain period of time. You can also limit the displayed dates by choosing a date from the Changed On/After and/or the Changed On/Before drop-down calendars.
To view only records changed by a certain user, select the user from the Changed By drop-down list under Other Criteria. You can also limit the display by selecting an option from the Table drop-down list or by typing in a Booking #.

Audit Log records cannot be edited or deleted.

You can view several different Audit Logs: Event, System and Record.
