You can add links to your Letter Templates that will automatically direct attendees to the correct login site for Attendee Online. You could use these links, for example, if you want to send an invite to several recipients and have them RSVP through Attendee Online.
| 1. | In the Word Processor, click on Insert and go to Attendee Online Login Link. |
| 2. | There are three options under Attendee Online Login Link: |
| a. | Event Login: This login is used for recipients who need to be registered as new attendees. In other words, the recipient of the letter would not yet be in your attendee list. |
| b. | Attendee Login (Last Name/Confirmation #) or Attendee Login (Last Name/Email): Both of these logins are used for attendees who are already entered in the attendee list. Which one you choose depends on the settings you entered for the event's online information. Go to the event, click the Options button and select Edit Online Event Information. Under the General tab, look under the Logins area. The normal attendee login requires the event code, last name and confirmation number. However, if you select the checkbox, the attendee login will require the event code and email. If the checkbox is unselected, use Attendee Login (Last Name/Confirmation #). If the checkbox is selected, use Attendee Login (Last Name/Email). For more information, consult Chapter 20: Attendee Online, Installation and Setup: Edit Online Event Information. |
| 3. | Select the option you want to use in your letter. |
| 4. | The Link Text dialog appears. Enter the link text you want to appear in letter, e.g. Click Here, or To RSVP, click here. Click OK. |
| 5. | The link will be added to your letter template. |
