Administration in Attendee Online

| 1. | In the main page of Attendee Online, click the Administration link. |

| 2. | Type in the Event # (booking number) and the Administrative Password. The Admin Password is set up in the Online Event [Edit] window. See Editing Online Event Information: General. |
| 3. | The Attendee Online Administration page for the event opens. You have five options: |
| a. | Attendance Summary: This page displays a summary of the attendance at the event, including the totals for each Attendee Type, Registration Group, and Function, plus Event Totals for Attendees, Guests and Companies. You may need to scroll down to see all of the information. Click Administration to return to the administration menu. |

| b. | Attendee List: This page will list all event attendees. |

| i. | The attendees will initially be sorted alphabetically by last name. You can change the sort order by clicking on the heading by which you want to sort the list: Attendee (First Name), Email, Company, Guest (Yes/No), Confirmation #, or Status. Refresh the page to return to sorting alphabetically by last name. |
| ii. | If you want to delete an attendee, click Delete to the right of the attendee's listing. A Message dialog will ask if you want to delete the attendee. Click OK to delete the attendee. This only deletes the Attendee from the Attendee Online database; it will not delete an existing attendee from the event in EventPro Planner. This delete option is primarily useful for deleting duplicates in Attendee Online. |
| iii. | You may need to scroll down to see all of the information. If the list of attendees extends beyond one page, you can click on the page numbers at the bottom or use the arrows to scroll through the pages. |
| iv. | Click Administration to return to the administration menu. |
| c. | Recalculate Event Attendees: Click the Recalculate button to recalculate event attendances. Typically the attendance numbers will automatically adjust correctly, but you can do this recalculation just in case. |


| d. | Delete Event: Clicking Delete will only delete the event in Attendee Online. The event will still exist in EventPro Planner. Once the event has been deleted you will be logged out of the system. To put the event back on Attendee Online, you simply need to Publish the event again. |

| e. | Return to the Main Page: This takes you back to the main event menu. |

| 4. | When you are done working in an event, click Logout in the bottom right corner. |
