Add Multiple Booths
If you need to add several booths to an event and all booths have the same (or mostly the same) properties, use the New-Multiple button to add a group of booths simultaneously.
1.
Click on the Exhibitor Setup tab in the Event Setup window.

Select the Booths tab.

Click the New - Multiple button to the right of the Booths selection grid.

The Multiple Booths [New] window will appear, containing five tabs: Booth, Booth Details, Notes, Promotion Notes and Taxes.

Under the Booth tab, enter a Prefix that will apply to all of the booths.
6.
Enter a Start Booth # and an End Booth #. EventPro Planner will add as many booths as there are numbers in this range, each booth assigned a different number.

Enter a Suffix that will apply to all of the booths.

Enter the Numeric Length of the booth code. For example, if the booth number is 6 and the numeric length is set at 3, the booth number will appear as 006. If the numeric length is set at 4, the booth number will be 0006.

To review how to fill in the Booth Type, Booth Description, Dimensions, Budget, and Charges, see Add a Single Booth: Booth above. The values or information you enter here will apply to all of the booths in this batch. If you want to add unique information for a particular booth, you can later edit the individual booths.

Remember that if you want to allow more than one exhibitor to be assigned to each booth at the same time, check the Ignore Conflicts checkbox.

To fill in the Booth Details, Notes, Promotion Notes and Taxes tabs, follow the instructions above under Add a Single Booth: Booth Details, Notes, Promotional Notes and Taxes.

When you have entered all of the information you need for this batch of booths, click the Save button. In the Confirm dialog, click Yes to continue creating the booths.

The booths will be added to the Booths selection grid.
