Add Itinerary in Setup
Select the function in the top grid of the Event Setup window. If there are any itinerary items set for the function, they will appear below.
NOTE: If you have created an Itinerary for a Function in Event Setup, it is recommended that you do not use that function more than once in the event.

To add a new Itinerary item, select the Function in the top grid and click the New button to the right of the bottom grid.

The Function Itinerary Item [New] window appears. There are four tabs in this window: General, Presentation, Notes and User Fields.
The next field will depend whether you chose Time or Duration for the Itinerary Type in the Item tab of the Event Function [New]window earlier when creating the function.
a.
If you chose Time, you will choose a Function Start Offset (in minutes from the start of the function) for each Itinerary item. If you set the same start offset time for two or more items, the last-entered item will be set at the top of the list, with the higher sort order number.
b.
If you chose Duration, you will choose a Sort Order number and Duration (in minutes) for each Itinerary item. If you set the same sort order for two or more items, the last-entered item will be set at the top of the list.
Type in a presentation ID # and Code, if required.

If you have already entered Types, you can select one from the drop-down list. If the Type you want is not in the list, you can add a Type on the fly by simply typing in the field.

If you have already entered Themes, you can select one from the drop-down list. If the Theme you want is not in the list, you can add a Theme on the fly by simply typing in the field.

Type an Abstract into the space, if required.

You can select the Presenter 1 and Presenter 2 by clicking the ellipses next to the fields. In the Find Attendee window, you can select from attendees who have been flagged as "Can be assigned to functions". See Chapter 8: Manage Attendees, Enter a Single Attendee: General.
If you created any User Fields for Event Itinerary, you can enter the information here. For more information about user fields, see Chapter 17: User Fields.

When you have entered all the information you require for the function itinerary item, click Save. The item will be added to the bottom selection grid for the function.
