Add Group Details to a Registration
In the top Registrations grid, click on the Registration Group to which you want to add functions and click on the Group Details tab below if it is not already selected.
You can add Functions to the Group Details tab in two ways.
Click the New button to the right of the Group Details selection grid in the bottom right corner.

The Event Registration Group Function [New] window appears.

Select a function from the Registration Function drop-down list.

Choose a number for the Sort Order, which will determine the order of the functions as they appear in this registration group.

If the function is optional, check the Is This Item Optional box. If you do not check this checkbox and an attendee registers for this registration group, the function will be pre-selected and the attendee cannot de-select it.

If you check the above box and you want to charge for this function in addition to the registration package charge, check the If Optional, Is This Item Charged checkbox.

If you have purchased the Attendee Online Registration Module and you want this item to show in the online registration options, check the Show in Online Registration Selections box.
In the bottom left selection grid, under Functions, click on a function you want to add to the registration group. Click the > between the selection grids or double-click the function to add it to the group under Group Details.

Continue adding as many functions as required.

To add all of the listed functions to the registration group, click the >> arrows. To remove one or all functions, use the < or << arrows.

If you want to adjust other details about the functions added to this package, click to highlight the function under Group Details and click the Edit button to the right. In the Event Registration Group Function [Edit] window, select the applicable checkboxes, as described in the Option 1 instructions above. Click Save.

To indicate whether the functions are optional, carry an additional charge or are available online, you do not necessarily have to click the Edit button. You can also use the checkboxes in the Group Details selection grid under the Optional, Charged and Show Online columns. Hold down the Alt key and click to select the relevant checkboxes. However, you must Edit the item to set the Sort Order.
