Accommodation/Travel Date Discrepancy Warning

When you save an Accommodation record for an attendee, EventPro Planner will check the Accommodation Check-In Date against the attendee's Travel Arriving Date, and the Accommodation Check-Out Date against the Travel Departing Date.

If there is a discrepancy (e.g. the attendee arrives a day before checking in, or departs a day later than checking out) , EventPro Planner will display a warning:

Click OK.  You do not have to change anything if the discrepancy is not a problem.  This is simply to notify you if the attendee's travel and accommodation dates do not line up.
