Accommodation Reservations

Under the Attendee Setup tab of the Event Setup window, you can add reservations to help you keep track of accommodation records for attendees. You will add an accommodation reservation here if you have reserved a block of rooms in a hotel for your attendees, or if you know that a number of attendees have the same hotel arrangements.

Note that the Travel and Accommodations Module is an optional module in EventPro Planner. If you have not purchased this module, you will not see these Accommodation-related tabs. If you are interested in previewing or purchasing the Travel and Accommodations Module, contact your nearest EventPro Planner Sales Department.
