With accept/decline registrations, you will typically already have a list of attendees entered in the event. First, you will upload the list of attendees to Attendee Online. You will then send the Accept/Decline Login Link to the attendees so that they can each log in to their specific information. The attendee will follow the link, and select accept or decline. The attendee's status will be automatically set to the accept or decline status that you set in the online event settings (see Editing Online Event Information: General). You can then import the attendees information back into EventPro Planner so that you know who has accepted and who has declined.
| 1. | When you click the Accept or Decline Registration link on the main Attendee Online page, you will be asked to log in. Enter your Email Address and Confirmation Number, and click Next. |
Remember that registrants will probably not see this page, as you can provide a link that will send them directly to the Accept or Decline Registration page (see Inviting Registrants to Attendee Online).
An attendee's confirmation number is automatically generated in EventPro Planner, or you may have entered a specific number for an attendee. Review how you created Attendees in Chapter 8: Manage Attendees, Enter a Single Attendee: General.
